Why does my toilet keep running?+
Almost always the flapper or fill valve. Both are inexpensive parts and a quick fix — but if the toilet is old, a rebuild kit is smarter than piecemeal repairs.
Should I rebuild or replace my toilet?+
Under 10 years old with occasional issues: rebuild. Older, chronically clogging, or leaking at the base: replace with a modern low-flow that flushes better and uses half the water.
Can you install a wall-hung or smart toilet?+
Yes. Wall-hung units require an in-wall carrier, and smart toilets need a nearby outlet. We plan both during rough-in for remodels.
How much does a new toilet install cost?+
The install itself is a flat rate. Total cost depends on the toilet you choose — standard $250 to premium $1,500+.
Why does my toilet clog constantly?+
Old low-flow models are notorious. Line partially blocked further down is another cause. We can camera it to know for sure.
Do you fix toilet leaks at the base?+
Yes. Usually a wax ring — sometimes a cracked flange or damaged tile underneath. We open it up and fix what we find.
